Thoroughly enjoyed our fairly quiet and clean rooms in this place.

The location was good, right next to Plaza of Delights. Furthermore, by the Sea. We got a room with a bathtub.

There were a seating area, a writing table, iron and ironing board in the room, liked that. The location was marvellous and good, at a moderate distance from Museo de Art de Ponce. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area, not far from the center, numerous restaurants and El Pueblo de Ponce. The food they offered was great, had variety of meals👍

The location was super convenient for getting around Ponce! But the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty surfaces and a really uncomfortable bed 😕.

The shower had inconsistent hot water, and the general maintenance felt lacking with dusty surfaces and peeling paint. Plus, I had to forfeit my paid stay because I couldn't handle the uncomfortable bed and overall unkempt room quality.

It was a great match for a flying visit in Ponce with great value for money. The staff at the front desk helped me find my way around town. Be prepared for limited amenities and plan meals accordingly.

The Standard Double Room was okay, but the hot water in the shower didn't work, really frustrating. The room was pretty comfy overall, and I liked that it was close to where I needed to be. Just wished the shower issue had been fixed .
